Hello there!
Welcome to Burbank, our own little slice of paradise! We have a great spacious, colorful and comfortable 4 bedroom house in lovely Magnolia Park. This area of Burbank is walkable to restaurants, vintage shopping, parks, and the Chandler Bike path. We love our neighborhood, as there is much to explore and if need be, you don't need a car to hop around. We are right near a major bus route and everything you could need is nearby. It is a great place for families that still like a bit of involvement in quaint city life, and of course is close to much that Los Angeles has to offer. For being in SoCal, I feel extraordinarily safe walking at night in my neighborhood. Some of my favorite places here are Pinocchio's Italian, pizza at Tony's, Flappers Comedy Club, Porto's, and Romancing the Bean. See more at .visitmagnoliapark/ and our other site s://
Currently home to a family of 2 grownups, 2 young girls, 2 cats, 1 small tortoise in a tank & 1 small ball python in a tank, and one 50lb goldendoodle. We are hoping for someone responsible and who will be able care for our animals and pet our overly friendly and wimpy dog, as well as our devious fur-less couch cats. If you insist, we could probably leave the two kids as well, but you might be biting off more than you could chew with them ;)
Our house is one level, with a well fenced in backyard, gazebo, and lovely outdoor sitting area. We have hardwood floors, 2.5 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. Bed-wise we have 1 King, 2 twins in singles, and a double trundle guest bed as well as camping mats. We also have bikes if you would care to cruise around that way, the bike path is a block away. Air conditioner, heat, fireplace, and wifi and all the amenities of a 4-person family home. The kitchen is newly remodeled, however, some of the trim work might not be finished (ie such as molding and backsplash) but all outlets and otherwise are fully functioning.
Some fun stuff nearby includes Hollywood right over the hill, infamous Griffith Park, Universal Studios 10 minutes away, Pasadena 20 minutes, and all the other usual Los Angeles stuff. Burbank is home to Disney Studios and Warner Bros (and many others), and is located conveniently near 2 major freeways. The great thing about Burbank is its close to everything... but you really don't need to leave the city for anything, We even have an Ikea! Love the meatballs.
