NEED HOUSE/PET SITTER Home: Nice/safe location. Corner lot. Med-sized home; in some constant state of home improvement :-). Close to numerous stores for all kinds of shopping needs; across street from middle school. Need lawn and outside plants watered as required.
Pet: Petite 'german-shorthair/britney spaniel ish...looks like a brown lab...approx 10-12yrs old dog (she was a finder so we don't know the mix or age). Sweet, very active, somewhat 'neurotic'(prefers being in the house); probably due to having been abandoned. Likes short walks but definitely a house dog. Gets morning & evening walks; fed and watered twice a day; medicine morning and evening (mixed with treats).
Large screen TV w/Bose surround-sound; pool & jacuzzi; washer & dryer. Kitchen .... well, this is our next project. Oven has one temp (hot), stovetop works, frig works, dishwasher doesn't work. Disposal works.
Use of hall bath w/shower. Daybed w/new mattress or futon; your choice.
Must carry insurance, be bonded (proof will be requested) and provide references.
We're picky and expect you will be also.
