We are avid pet lovers with much experience in foster, rescue and volunteering. Doug has spent countless hours walking and fostering rescue dogs. Sherry grew up on a farm with a wide range of animals, has 10 years experience in the veterinary field, and has been a dog walker for a pet service. We currently house/pet/plant sit for various friends and neighbors and we love to travel and explore different areas by house sitting.
We have been regular housesitters on and we love doing this! It's part of our travel life and as we near retirement, it is an excellent way to see more locations in the world while still working from home online.
As more "mature" sitters, we don't party (anymore haha) or smoke or do drugs or annoy the neighbors - we are pretty quiet, we don't want to wander off for a few days, or do anything but enjoy taking care of your fur baby.
Sherry is very competent to handle any unexpected medical situations with her veterinary experience, and we make sure that your pets get the best and most loving care possible.
We foster sometimes as well as help others to rescue and adopt - we are always covered in lots of fur!
