My husband and I are retired and love different parts of the country. We are new to housesitting but have owned multiple homes and at times rented homes. We always take care of our homes rented or owned, the same as we would take care of yours.

My husband will only come with me if we can bring our 11 year old terrier mix with us. She travels everywhere we go and we never board her. If you would rather our dog not be in your home than I will come alone. I have always had dogs since childhood and can't imagine living without them.

I would like to stay in the western part of the United States so I don't have to drive too far. I have never owned cats and would prefer to just take care of dogs. I hope you will consider me and possibly my husband Rick and dog Trixie for your needs.

Christine was an excellent house sitter!

We were her first assignment, and she was our first house sitter.  We are thrilled with how it all worked out.  Christine communicated well before the assignment and during the assignment.  She dealt with a number of issues with independence and care, took lovely care of the house and the dogs, and was very pleasant to deal with.  We would happily have her sit for us again.
