After twenty years of owning and managing my property management business and living in Tucson, AZ; I am now living on the Olympic Penninsula. In recent months, I have completed10 short housesittings in Tucson, Arizona; longer term sittings in Lake Chapala, Mexico; the Sandia foothills of Albuquerque, New Mexico as well as Bainbridge Island in Washington State.
I have taken care of cats and dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds as well as the the households' accompanying pets: turtles, fish, ducks, chickens, even a worm farm. I have maintained solar houses and organic gardens as well as more ordinary dwellings and grounds. These homes and their inhabitents have been in remote, suburban and metropolitan areas.
For twenty years I was an owner/broker of a one-man property management company caring for 30-35 vacation rentals and long term rentals at a time. I am now living on the Olympic Penninsula in the town of Port Townsend, WA.
