Looking for an older person or couple who are retired, non smokers, don't mind you having a wine or beer if that's your lifestyle. We live in a quiet area of town, not very far from shops or public transport. There is heaps to see & do in this lovely area of the country. We really need someone who loves cats as ours is not a very demanding cat, she sticks very much to herself until it's her meal time. Also have a small amt of lawn to mow, gardens are fairly self caring but will need some attention to keeping the areas clean. The house itself it clean & modern with all the creature comforts. Travelling in late February 2016 to Late March 2016 weeks that may vary by a few days either way, so we need someone who can be a little flexible in that regard. Looking forward to hearing from you.
