We live 5 minutes to the autotrada and town, less than 10 minutes to the beach. Our villa overlooks the sea , has a pool, gated with secuity camera, wifi, Skye TV. You must be comfortable being where english is not generally spoken. This is an easy gig as you have not much to do but keep our pets safe and comfortable.Water the lawn (turn on sprinklers) House has Skye TV in any language, Internet, lots of outdoor living with sun exposure all day. Our location is perfect for day trips to explore Siracusa, Noto,the beaches, and soak up the amazing food and culture of Southeast Sicily. We want mature single or couple, no kids or pets in tow. We expect someone who will keep our home and pets safe. We need someone who will not mind small dogs who are use to attention and closeness. the yard and outdoor space are fenced but even so, our dogs must never be left out in the dark (foxes, owls) or overnight. They are generally indoor animals and will want to be near you. Cat is like a dog,same attitude. If not animal lover this is not for you. We can offer our other home for 2 more weeks either before, or after our trip (if you want to be in Sicily longer). We do not offer use of our auto (insurance will not cover) r rental is very affordable and nearby. The time we would need you is beach time! Gorgeous weather to swim, explore the Greek ruins and Baroque towns. We are in the heart of it all.
