Looking for a house sitter (Jan, Feb & March) asking only for you to pay your utilities ($600/mo) in exchange for taking care of my cat & watering plants. Normally this house would rent for 1,800 plus utilities/month. Quiet area with lots land, great hiking/cross country skiing/etc. Access ski mountains within 45 minutes (Smugglers Notch/Stowe/Bolton Valley) Enjoy two cozy wood stoves with plenty of firewood ready to burn. Plowing included. Looking for a quiet someone or a couple who enjoy caring for a cat, are non smokers, w/o pets or children themselves, and who do not plan to travel during this timeframe.
