Hello, thank you for considering me as your house sitter.
My name is Denise I am a pediatric advice/triage Registered Nurse for a large Pediatric clinic in Bend, Oregon I have lived in Bend for 10 years and worked at COPA for 9 years. I triage and give medical advice for all kinds of calls from worried and frustrated parents re. illness, trauma and the care and raising of their children. I plan to retire in November 2018 and begin a life of traveling to interesting places all over the world. I had to sell my horse and my beloved Ruby died March She was a precious small standard poodle. Before her, I had Opal, a gorgeous golden retriever. I love all animals and have always trained and groomed my dogs and horses. My nurturing nature and love of animals gives me additional skills and ability to resonate with all living creatures.
I was raised in California and moved to Hawaii in 1980 where I lived in my home in Kailua-Kona for 25 years working with a private pediatrician. I have traveled around the world for one year and lived in Tahiti for one year after being an emergency RN with Club Med. for 2 years in Guadalupe, Martenique, Concun and Moorea.
I moved to Bend, Oregon in 2004 and bought a beautiful 4,000 sq. ft. home for in Lost Tracks, Bend for 4 years and moved to Sisters when I divorced in I rented a 20 acre $ 1.6 million horse property and maintained and managed the ranch for the owner who traveled extensively. The home on Cloverdale was a quaint, remodeled 1930 farm house which I loved very much. When the owner sold his property, I moved to Bend and managed and maintained for 2 years a 12 acre horse property on Neff Road. I maintained the grounds around the house and did all the mowing on my sit down mower and loved working in the mature gardens and guarding the property. I grew all my own vegetables and was very sad to leave. The property has been sold with plans to be developed. I currently on my home in a golf course community and am enjoying life to the fullest.
I owned my home in Hawaii which had a 900 sq ft downstairs rental and I know the importance and value of a good tenant. I am single and have no boyfriend or children. I am mature, quiet, clean, conscientious and responsible. I have lived on my own many years, am capable and independent and enjoy the peace and quiet. I am respectful and live in a place of gratitude and appreciation.
