We are a married couple, mature, responsible and experienced. We are animal lovers with experience caring for very large dogs (Anatolian shepherds 120 lbs),and very small dogs( Papillions, each of them lbs, former show dogs, a Daschund and a tiny 3 lb Chihuahua too). A few of the pets we have cared for were rescues with some emotional issues, elderly pets and pets needing daily medications. No problems at all. Tricia has veterinary assisting experience. We are enjoying retirement by traveling the world, meeting new people, experiencing new things, and places. We sold our historic home/B&B in Hawaii, our children are responsible adults and we have no pets of our own. We are non smokers, absolutely non drug users, an occasional glass of wine with dinner. Quiet, laid back and friendly. Well traveled and tech savvy. We love the ocean and we enjoy being outdoors! We are just as comfortable in the country as we are in the big city. We enjoy variety. Gardening (tropical, high desert and Texas style), pets (indoor and outdoor, large and small), water features (we have designed and maintained our own in ground pool and maintained our very large koi pond)Whatever it might be, we are willing to try it. We are active and outgoing, love learning new things.
