Couple preferred, retired or wandering round the wide brown land of ours. House is 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms,Study and Lounge Kitchen. We have Solar Power and Wi-Fi so stay connected and save on power at the same time. We have household Pets 2 Dogs a large Neo Mastiff and a small elderly Poodle who requires plenty of TLC in her older age, and the usual farm animals, chooks and birds. There are 3 large Mares and a small flock of coloured sheep,the Mares and sheep will not require feeding or handling whilst we are away. The Neo is an outside Dog, whilst the Poodle is an inside Dog. All details of Pet Care will be explained, and Vet care is as required. Looking after the Garden and Lawns will also be required. Hervey Bay enjoy the Whale Watching Tours or the Meals served at either the Boat Club or RSL's in the area, so close to the Natural World Wonders of Frazer Island, do 4x4 driving or take a Tour on the Island, so much to do and see in this beautifull part of the world. Childers many Heritage listed buildings, there are many shopping outlets with Woollies, Maca's, Subways, Pharmacies, Hospital, and local Newsagency, Banks and Building Society for your Shopping and Banking needs. There are 3 local Medical Centres plus Medical Imagery and Pathology out lets if the need arises. If you want to bring your Motor Home/Caravan, and or Pets that travel with you, they are all welcome, plenty of room to stretch out here. Only a few klms to beautifull beaches at Woodgate, Bargara, take a Picnic Lunch or BBQ Breakfast enjoy the sounds of waves on the beaches while having a Meal at the facilities provided. Enjoy Fishing then there are klms of unspoilt beaches that allow 4x4's onto the beach for the catch of the day-yours !!! There are many wineries within the area, that have tours and event days featured. Or if nature is your thing, then the Turtles at Mon Repos, Bundaberg Zoo or the Mountain trails that surround the area are for you. Do something different attend the Multi Cultural Festival held annually in Childers, or Bundaberg. Spend ANZAC Day in a small town or visit the surrounding areas for the Country Anzac Memorials. A wonderfull region for the Avid Photographer, on Farm, beaches/surf, country, mountains with plenty of our Native Wildlife, even a small mob of Kangaroos on the Farm, many species of Birdlife and Water Fowl, Native Flora just waiting to be photographed. A beautifull part of the World Come and See it...
