We have 3 tiny dogs that love and are used to being walked twice a day. A long walk early morning and a shorter walk on the calm side footpath or around the block in the afternoon. We would love them to get the two walks a day to keep them happy. A true lover of dogs is a must! They are allowed in the house and are part of the family; cuddles on our lap. They sleep in the house. A fit healthy couple is preferred due to walks and attending to three very well behaved dogs needs.
The house is a small neat renovated low set home with a lovely shady garden. There are two queen bedrooms in the house and a large beautifully fitted air conditioned cedar cottage in the backyard that also has a queen bed, chairs and a Tv. There is also an outdoor art room and an office inside. We have a large screen with Foxtell in the house and Wifi. The kitchen is renovated so essential nothing hot be put on the bench tops. We also have a fireplace and air conditioning in the house. There is new flooring throughout so no shoes in the house especially cottage with polished bamboo flooring.

We are looking for very house proud applicants who are very neat and tidy. Bribie Island is a beautiful place offering small surf on the surf side and the calm on the calm side. There is a bike (we have two bikes for your use) track all around the island. Only two traffic lights on the island - no waiting to park - no tall buildings. Beautiful. Walk, bike ride, sail, water ski, kayak all water sports and fishing of course.
There is even a cinema on the island. Restaurants, cafes, shopping centres and Aldi all within walking distance from the house.
