Short/Intermediate/Long term:
We have enjoyed some wonderful house-sitting opportunities in Australia in 2013, New Zealand the spring of 2014 and we were in Fiji in Feb/March of 2018 and then spent 5 weeks in New Zealand near New Plymouth and Palmerston North and a month in Montcaret, France. Our experiences have been amazing!
For the Winter of 2023 we are now actively seeking more opportunities to travel to continue to enjoy the hospitality and unique experiences that many places have to offer.
A bit about us:
We are an active, non-smoking, quiet professional couple. Our kids (four) have grown up and we are now preparing to embrace some new adventures in our lives.
We both grew up on farms and we understand what a strong work ethic means and how important honesty/trust is. We are committed to caring for your home/critters just the way you like. Interests for us include playing cards, cooking, reading and enjoying long walks. We also like beachcombing (wave watching) and rock hunting. We enjoy learning about new cultures and embracing the good things in life.
House sitting in your community would provide many rewards that would allow us to explore new surroundings while making your home (and pets) the number one priority.
Although not always needed - we would appreciate some consider to the use of a vehicle .... but we also understand if that is not allowed/doable. We can provide insurance information as well as driver abstracts if/as needed to help with the decision process.
