Large 2 storey house in Cranbrook, Townsville. Has salt water pool and balcony with great view. We have a bit of a menagerie - 3 indoor birds, 2 guinea fowl, 2 outside dogs, 3 indoor cats, fish, assorted frogs, canetoads, geckos, and large number of wild birds. There are fairly large gardens mostly self watering and low maintenance. Some watering, weeding and occasional mowing required. Great place for bird watchers. Walking distance to Ross River and 20 minutes drive to Townsville Strand. Shops nearby.
