OUR CURRENT CONTRACT ENDS SEPTEMBER 25, 2012 IN BLANCO, TX. On this assignment we cared for 3 horses, 1 miniature donkey, a 7# Yorkie, a 14# Javanese, and a 100# Siberian Husky. Fun beyond words!
Two retired, educated, healthy, well traveled former business owners will bring our organization, professionalism, attention to detail and great love of animals to your door.
In the past we have provided our services to a banker on Chicago’s Lake Shore Drive, to a Warner Bros. executive in southern California and to additional families in Texas, Minnesota, Wyoming, California and Idaho.
Our numerous and impeccable Letters of Reference will attest to the fact that we will treat your home and your pets as though they were our own.
We provide an excellent Letter of Agreement between the homeowner and the house sitter. A Letter of Agreement based upon actual experiences and situations we have encountered. For example:
When Hurricane Rita hit, we secured the absent Houston home owners property and evacuated their pets with us to Livingston, TX.
When this absent client's vet persuaded our client, by telephone, that it was time to put down her cat, we compassionately handled the arrangements.
No smoking, liquor, drugs or children. Just lots of calm, thoughtful care.
In addition to maintaining your home and grounds as you would; I write, shoot and edit video programs, my wife paints and we brighten your pets day.
When we are not house sitting, we resume our travels and volunteer work (Habitat for Humanity, Local Theater, Escapees RV Club). We have been doing this, successfully, for more than TEN years.
We welcome any location in the World. You continue to pay your utilities and other household expenses during our sit. We do not require premium television service. We provide our own wireless phone and internet access through Verizon. You may find your home insurer will welcome this arrangement to secure your property in your absence.
Our references, California drivers license and U.S. passport numbers can be provided to you as discussions progress. We invite a thorough background check and bonding, paid for by the home owner, if this is your wish. In addition, we will provide a House Sitter's Contract for your review and use, if you choose to do so.
We will occupy your home or, if you prefer and you can provide, electric, water and sewer, we can park our 2008,35.5', Fifth Wheel RV and late model truck on your property and happily occupy our home while managing your home and property.
