I need in-home help to take care of my dog, who has recently become crippled and has nearly complete hindquarters paralysis.
In addition, as I am in long-term recovery from serious back/leg problems, I can use help with limited household chores. I am fully able to handle daily life, and am improving, and require and wish no personal care or aid of any kind!
My dog needs to be walked three times a day, which means loading and unloading her from her wheelchair each time, and cleaned up, since she is incontinent. She is fifty or so pounds, aged fourteen, with a good disposition, and LOVES her daily walks.
I AM living in the home, and even work there on occasion. There is plenty of room for somebody to have his/her privacy, and several amenities (spa, grill, library, digital cable, etc.).
Basically, this is a free housing and utilities arrangement, though I may be able to negotiate a bit more.
I note, with my dog's health in decline, I am still committed to this through the end of the summer, even if she passes away.
