We are a retired gay couple looking for a house sitter that will add a level security to our house while we are in Europe for about two months. We do not have any pets, but do have some plants that need to be watered. Would like someone to keep home and garden well maintained and tidy. This might involve sweeping leaves from the decks.

Three story beautiful house built in 1914 with basement, so an individual needs to be physically able to easily climb stairs.
Location is a quiet part of a popular neighborhood.
House is eclectically decorated and equipped with modern amenities.
There is no air conditioning. We have radiator heat and the kitchen has heated floors.
Kitchen is all electric.
House is equipped with cable television and WiFi.
Located on a busy street, so during the day and evening, there is some traffic noise.
Street parking only. We will have a zone guest permit to allow parking on our side of the street.
Nearest bus stop is 5 minute walk (.2 miles) for easy access to downtown Seattle and areas.
Large park is 12 minute walk (.5 miles)
Restaurants and businesses are about a 22 minute walk away (1.1 mile) or by bus.
Pizza Place, Pub, Coffee, Sushi, Gyros, & Mexican restaurant a few blocks away.
