The condo is in beautiful San Luis Obispo on the Central Coast of California, which is a tourist destination offering a lovely downtown, Thursday night Farmers' Market, shops, boutiques and a creek walk. It's only 10 a minute drive to Avila Beach or 12 minutes to Pismo Beach or Morro Bay. There are so many beautiful natural sites nearby!

Phaedra (the cat) gets fed once a day, cat food only. She doesn't even  know she can eat anything else! (please keep it that way.) Your only other task is to keep an eye on the houseplants/outside plants and water them once (we'll go over the details).

I have written instructions for everything house & cat related; it's all pretty simple. You'll enjoy your stay here in SLO-town!

I had a lovely stay at 'Casa Serena,' with the sweet resident feline, Phaedra.  The home lived up to its name -- cozy and serene.  I would be more than happy to sit here again.

Sara's house is in Edna Valley, SLO county, a must see location that is beautiful, at the base of mountains that offer great hiking. Located within minutes of groceries, wineries, restaurants, cafes and a farmer's market in downtown SLO every Thursday, and within a short drive to beach towns such as Avila Beach, Pismo beach and Morro park. Sara's house is private, quiet, in a residential neighbourhood with nice views of the mountains front and back. Phaedra (cat) is quiet, playful. very sweet and easy to care for, can be cuddly and can be independant. Public transit is available but we chose to rent a car for day trips and exploring. We personnally recommend Sara's place for a taste of SLO and Edna Valley.
