Hello! We are looking for someone to come stay in beautiful Nederland, CO for roughly 3-4 weeks in April and early-May We have two lab mix dogs that love company, and a cat that pretends she doesn't like humans but actually likes to snuggle.
We're 25 minutes from Boulder, CO, 20 minutes from Eldora Mountain Resort, and about an hour from Denver. We're on 2 very wooded acres in a neighborhood, but the house feels very private. We are a few short steps from some beautiful hiking trails in Roosevelt National Forest, and there is a hot tub to soak your bones in at the end of a long day outdoors. Our front porch looks out over a small pond - which attracts a wide assortment of wildlife (moose, elk, deer, etc).
Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, super spacious kitchen, garage access, work from home office space (Starlink Internet).
We'd love for whomever stays to get the dogs outside at least once a day, but we do have a dog run attached to our garage with a dog door so the dogs can roam freely a bit too.
