We are looking for a mature couple to house sit our home in New Lambton from 23 December 2017 until 1 January We have a bichon frise dog, ragdoll cat, and four guinea pigs. The dog and the cat are lovely, friendly and people-focussed animals. They don't require any specific care except for feeding and changing their toilet equipment.
Our home is a newly renovated art deco double brick and tile six bedroom home on the hill in New Lambton with views to the ocean. Newcastle beaches are around 8km or a 10 minute drive from us and Blackbutt Reserve on the doorstep. Major shopping centres are less than 10 minutes away and New Lambton village is a wonderful little setting with cafes and other places to eat. We have a pool and BBQ area, two bathrooms and a powder room, and air conditioning throughout. Parking is off street and we have a garage you can use.
Beyond caring for the animals there is no need for work or care around the home beyond maintaining it as is.
