We are looking for house sitters for 2-2,5 months, from end of June/ begining of July till aprix 10th Sep You are welcome to come earlier and explore Morocco.
We are looking for house sitter or preferable a couple to take care of our house, plants and 1-2 cats on the terrace. The cats don’t live in the house and are low maintenance (no toilet duties). Cats don't live in the house.
Our 2 bedroom 4 floor house is located in the middle of old town of Fes. The city is an enchanting place, exotic, loud and full of smells. Narrow streets of this oldest medieval pedestrianised city in the World will let you travel few hundred years back in time. It's definitely one of the unique places in the World, where the time stopped. It's been declared a UNESCO site and you won't be bored here. Live here is cheap, fruit and veg fresh and plentiful. Happy to provide plenty of photos, it's pretty here !
Our house has ADSL internet connection (solid 8-10mbs), hot water, kitchen, bathroom - we've been living here for over 12 years and it's comfortable.
We only look for people who can commit to the house sit for the whole duration i.e don't plan using our house as a base for the trips. We need you to be here every night..
We had a number of house sitters in the past, happy to pass on contacts should you have any questions.
We are asking you to pay your bills €50 per month (monthly €25 internet, gas, water and electricity - recalculted on your departure according to your consumption) as well as security deposit of €500 (refunded on departure).

One important factor: it's hot in Fes in summer but it's a dry heat. We do have aircon in the bedroom.
