We are looking for a house sitter to look after our dog, 3 sheep and 7 chickens. The dog, Phoenix, is a rescue dog, who suffers anxiety. He needs his medication every morning, but doesn't require any walks, as he has a large secure yard. The sheep will look after themselves, however, the water trough needs to be checked every few days. They are pets, so very cuddly. The chickens have automatic feeding systems which need to be checked regularly. The eggs are all yours!
The house is clean and modern and sits on 3.5 acres, with stunning views. Our nearest neighbours our 200m away, so it's wonderfully quiet, but also close to town. Strathalbyn is a beautiful and historic town, only 40min drive from Adelaide and close to the wine regions Langhorne Creek, Mc Laren Vale and Currency Creek. Goolwa beach is only 20min drive.
