Selling house in the middle of historic Bushy Park hop fields. Need to move in next few months and require housesitter while house on market. Only real requirements are to water some small gardens. I am moving only 10 minutes away so any problems can be easily solved. There is a shop near the house and I am 35 minutes from Hobart.

If house at Bushy Park sells quickly I can provide free accomodation for house and yard chores.
