HOUSE SITTER WANTED FOR 3 MONTHS.
We are going away from 12 March and returning 12 June ( approximate dates but the trip is definitely 3 months)
Our home is a 3 bedroom brick place with underneath garage. Easily maintained with quite large gardens. Built in the 70's it has been renovated up to modern standards and now, after all the work, we need to get away to recuperate! There is a BBQ area and a reasonable veg garden, with shrubs and grassed areas at the back and front. Note: grassed areas- not precious lawns therefore just mowing required! and weeding. We have gas heating/hot water and cooktop. Electric stove. We would require our sitter to pay utilities- gas and electric but not water bill as we like the garden watered and dont expect sitter to pay for this. Oh and we have a couple of goldfish outside who are no trouble at all.
We are situated in the Devonport City area in a very quiet cul de sac within walking distance of a busy shopping centre and only K's from the CBD and waterfront.
We are on the NWCoast of Tasmania close to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the Nut, Tarkine Wilderness, West Coast adventures, and also 100k's from Launceston and all they have to offfer. Hobart is 3 hours away by car.
All in all Paradise or at least we think so!
