Located in California. Requires dog walks, feeding and light housekeeping. Our dog is quite the escape artist therefore we need a person who will spend most of their time at the residence. You can come and go but it will require someone who is wiling to sleep there.
Our dog does seem to get creative when he senses no one is home. There is a cat that is easy breezy. He just needs to get his food and he is good. There is also another smaller dog who lives indoors who just needs to be taken out to relieve himself. He's inside all day so he does require affection and someone to play with .
He will also require 1-2 groomings at the local dog wash or you can attempt to do it on your own. Our outdoor dog will need daily walks. Our little indoor dog will need exercise too. He can take a walk around the block if he is up to it. We also have a hamster who doesn't need much except food and ensuring she has water. No other major duties aside from bringing in the mail, watering the plants and cleaning after yourself.
The house has wi-fi, central air and heat, a wood burning fire-place and a large front yard with a swing set and play house.
