Lovely 1100 Sq foot 2 bed 2 bath modular home on the lake in Sorrento, BC, a rural area. We are a 20 minute drive East to the town of Salmon Arm & 50 minutes West to the city of Kamloops which has all the amenities of a big city. Home doesn't need much care, just a few plants to water. Great snow skiing & hiking in the area.
