We are looking at taking a 10 to 11 week trip (August to October and require a caring housesitter.
Preferably a solo female as the spoilt doggie only really takes to woman and the house sitters bedroom setup is more suited to a single person....but couples are also welcome ... we can rearrange bedding to one of the other spare bedrooms.
House is about 5klm from the ocean, surrounded by parklands and has regular bus service within 100 metres.
Bushwalks and cycle riding are there for the energetic .... and kayaking and paddle boarding is available on nearby Currumbin Creek.
Vehicle may be available for use in our absence.
Short absences say up to 2 nights would be possible during the stay period .... that way you can do some local exploring yourself.
The house would also be occupied by fully independentt "student boarder" who unless otherwise negotiated walks the "doogie" each evening and feeds him after dinner. Apart from then the boarder is rarely seen and heard.
Lawns and gardens are well kept and small in size.
