We are looking for house sitter(s) from 24th April to 13th May.
The main task is to provide company for our two Italian greyhounds (they are half the size of whippets). They are pretty low maintenance, the girl dog spends most of her time sleeping, the boy dog will follow you everywhere. If you do take them for a walk they will be your best friends. The garden won't be requiring any work during that time.
You will be living in a 4 x 2 house on a quiet street close to freeway, shopping centre, gym, bus stop, and parks (all within 3 minutes drive) . You will be about 10 minutes drive to the beach, 20 minutes to Mandurah and 45km to CBD. The house has central air conditioning and heating. You will be more than welcome to play on the piano should you feel so inclined. We also pride ourselves on our collection of books if reading is something you are into.
We are looking for someone responsible and reliable who loves animals. No smoking in the house and people with reference and clearance preferred. We don't have any type of people particular in mind, the main thing we ask is for you to be honest and open with us. Everything can be discussed, e.g. should you wish to have visitors or host a party, we just want to be informed. If you need to stay extra days either side to fit in with your other committments we are more than happy to accomodate. Since we view this arrangement as a two way exchange, we want to ensure you have an enjoyable housesit as much as we want ot find someone we can trust.
