This property in the Adelaide Hills, is of 0.4Ha (1 acre) in a valley near Lenswood, backing on to a creek. The house is 2-storey, of timber construction, with interesting levels. Much of the land is under a wide variety of fruit and other trees, as well as several garden areas, both ornamental and productive.
We need house-carers to maintain the garden areas during the remainder of the dry summer / autumn period, from early February until mid- to late-June (by which time there should have been good rains). This would involve watering the gardens (some with sprinkler systems), mowing grassed areas, and enjoying the benefits of harvesting fruit. There may also be enough time for you to grow some vegetables during your stay.
