We are in need of a house sitter/s to care for our animals for approximately two weeks - dates can be negotiated for the right person. We live on a few acres with a dozen sheep, 30 odd chooks, three birds and two dogs. The block is quite steep so able bodied persons required. We need someone to feed the chickens morning and night and collect the eggs, feed the sheep every afternoon, feed the dogs daily (no walking required as they have plenty of room to run around, and care for the birds as required. While we are classed as rural, we are only 15 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes to the large local shopping centre.
