Our house is 4 bedroom with a pool and small yard. There is air-conditioning throughout. Our cat is an inside / outside cat and needs feeding morning and night. The aquarium fish need feeding some flakes 1-2 times a day. Redlynch is a beautiful suburb about 20mins drive from the city centre and 15mins drive from the northern beaches.
