Our son lives in La Chorrera, Panama, we have a 6 yr. old grand-daughter and a 2 yr. old grandson. We would like to spend 3 months or more. We have a flight booked January 3, 2018 one way. Our return will be determined upon verification of house/pet sitter we can trust and rely on so we can enjoy our time without any worries. We require good character references and police check.
We are situated on a sloping 247 ft. leading to the mighty Winnipeg River on .47 acres of land in the R. M. of Lac Du Bonnet in Manitoba, Canada. An hour N.E. to the City of Winnipeg. It is min. to the towns of Lac Du Bonnet (North), Pinawa (East) and Seven Sisters Falls (South). . with easy access for shops, amenities, tourist attractions, leisure activities etc. We are close to all outdoor activities, Trans Canada hiking trail, cross country sking, snowmobiling, ice skating etc.
Our home is a 1096 sq.ft. bungalow, with 2 bedrooms (plus a 3rd large bonus room attached to the garage), an office/laundry room, one newly renovated bathroom with shower and deep soaker tub. There is a wrap around deck with above ground pool & solarium located on the river side, of course only in summer months between June & Oct.. We have wireless high speed internet, satellite tv., modern appliances, king size bed in master bdrm. with big walk-in closet, new electric furnace, wood burning stove which is romantic and feels good in the cold winter months.
We require mature, responsible, non smoking caring couple (who must love cats) to care for our precious 10 yr. old KeeKee. She is an indoor cat, very docile and requires lots of love and affection. Clean litter box daily, feeding, fresh water etc. She loves attention, being played with all her strings n toys and really likes being talked to. Other responsibilities include clearing our 50 ft. driveway to the cul de sac with snowblower, if needed,, after snowfalls. The main road is always cleared by the R.M. of Lac Du Bonnet. Also picking up mail and other applicable homeowner responsibilites, watering plants as needed etc. We will be leaving our car here for running errands etc..
