Looking for pet/house sitters for almost two weeks beginning on or around 26 Jul and ending on or about the 7th of August, but we need to leave for an additional 4 days/3 nights from Aug 10 through the 13th. If the additonal days won't work for you, perhaps you would consider taking one of the sessions and not the other though ideally we would probably prefer the same person/persons. Very limited plant watering. Mostly just looking for a person/people to take care of our home and pets while we are gone. The dogs are german shepherds, love a nice walk at least once a day and are very friendly with people...they need to feel that there's an alpha (firm and alert, but not overly dominating) person in the house who is firm but has a loving hand as they can be snippy with each other sometimes...being alert helps you fend off any potential problems. They are not good with other dogs. The cats are super sweet and will let you know when they need either food or love. We need the pet sitter to stay in the house as the dogs are inside at night, and one may even like to sleep with you. Plenty of movies to watch and books to read, and a gorgeous view of Meadowdale Park and Puget Sound (a territorial view, I think they call it). Please have references available for us to check before we meet. Also, we would probably like to try on a one day basis before the long trip to make sure this will work. Thanks.
