Trendy restaurants, boutiques, entertainment in our neighborhood. 10 min walk to downtown Denver. 5 min. walk to restaurants, yoga, bars, walking trails. Really cool spot. Nice house with modern decor. 1 bedroom + 1 office/spare bedroom with blow-up air mattress.

Very walkable...park your car and leave it!

We don't have many plants, but we do have 2 (very well behaved) dogs: a jack russell mix & a chocolate lab. Both are extremely sweet and well behaved! Many parks nearby to throw ball and walk.
