We’re looking for a house sitter/couple for our home in Arlington, Virginia for the period May 1, 2015 to September 15, 2015.
In exchange for free accommodations, we would like the house sitter(s) to keep the house clean, feed and care for our cat, mow the lawn, weed and water flowers and shrubs, and address emergencies that may arise.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths and is located in a quiet Arlington, VA neighborhood that is surrounded on 3 sides by parkland; just 10 minutes from Washington, DC. Wonderful bicycle trail, nature center and library are just minutes away. Public transportation is within short walking distance. Possible limited use of family vehicle. Wifi, cable tv, all utilities provided. Sitter will share home with two low-maintenance male renters who are in their 30s, are trustworthy and reliable, pick up after themselves, and generally keep to themselves. You will have a sunny bedroom with a small closet, work table, dresser and comfortable double-size bed.
