Sitter responsible for housekeeper 450 pesos; gardener pesos - tele (includes unlimited local and long distance internal and external calls and high speed DSL internet); propane (we leave it full, sitter fills at end of term.) Electricity - usage based. One pet is allowed, sitter to clean garden
