100 year old home located 1 km from back beach on a ~900m2 block with swimming pool. House has reverse cycle aircond., dishwasher, jarrah floor boards in kitchen and main lounge, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. Shady outdoor living area. Dogs and cats are indoor/outdoor animals but sleep separately to humans! Dogs require daily walking and plenty of fuss.
