We have a 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed home on 3 levels in the Warners Bay area. We require the services of a non smoking, responsible couple( we think it could be too much for one person to look after) willing to live in our home and care for it. we would want the house kept clean and the gardens looked after.The gardening is very basic - lawn mowing and weeding but this is a sloping block so you would need to be reasonably fit. We also have a small, inground pool but would only require the leaves to be removed from time to time, unless you choose to use it. Ours is a very pleasant, quiet home with comfy furniture and all modern conveniences. we are within walking distance of the lake and close to shopping centres and amenities.We want to return to our home and find it as we left it.
