We live on three acres, close to beautiful beaches, shopping centre and only 90km north of Sydney. We require a non-smoking, pet loving responsible person to care for our two Jack Russel dogs while we are in the UK. Our house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, reverse cycle a/c, wood fire and a large deck. It is a comfortable, modern family home. The house is located on a small country road - no through traffic and surrounded by other small acreages. It is a very peaceful location, but only minutes from public transport and all amenities. Some mowing and garden care involved. We feel that this 'let' would suit an active retired couple (like ourselves!)
