Thurgoona is a suburb of Albury, 2 mins from a large shopping centre ,and is close to famous wineries of NE Victoria and southern NSW, beautiful Hume Weir and mountain scenery. One indoor house cat just needs TLC and feeding, established beautiful rose gardens and lawns in a quiet semi rural area.Gardens are watered by tank and town water....no mowing needed or heavy garden maintenance. We are a retired couple off cruising for 13 days to New Zealand, and would appreciate a day or two handover both ends. A great spot for internet connection, however self transport is needed as we are not on a bus route.
