I have a three bedroom cottage renovated to a high standard on just over three quarters of an acre on the top of the Port Hills overlooking the Lyttleton Harbour. It is on the Summit Road and surrounded by walking and bicycle tracks. The two single bedrooms are small and there is also a well appointed sleepout in the garden with a double bed. There is a large modern kitchen/dining area. All appliances are modern including an induction hob, double wall oven and side by side fridge/freezer.The bathroom is modern with a shower only. The location is rural but Cashmere and shops are a maximum of ten minutes away, the nearest supermarket is approximately fifteen minutes. The house has its own roof water supply and septic tank. The house sustained only minor cosmetic damage in the earthquakes and this is currently being repaired.I have Sky television and rural wireless broadband. Suzie is a cross breed with an Alsatian cross mother and a Jack Russell cross father with a very good temperament. She is used to having someone around most of the day and to taking a daily walk on the many walking tracks on the hills. She is a house dog but has a kennel/run where she sleeps at night. My husband has recently passed away hence the short notice and I am now able to travel - which I desperately need to do!
