Our house is an old federation with a lovely big easy to care for garden. Its in a great neighbourhood 30 minutes walk to the CBD, library, cafes, restaurants and pub within 5 minutes walk at end of street. We have a 12 year old Ridgeback x dog who is delightful and two, seven-year-old cats who sleep in the laundry at night. The dog, Bella, sleeps inside at the back door but is out all day as are the cats. The dog enjoys a short walk each day and there is a park within a block to walk her in.The garden is reticulated and so does not need hand watering. We need someone to take care of the pets, bring in the mail and generally enjoy living in a quiet street close to public transport, parks and 25 minutes from the beach
