We are looking for a non smoking, honest diy handy kind of couple to watch over our beautiful home.We have a large newly renovated 4 b/r Ac house with an in ground pool,sports room with pool table and lots of gardens on 5 acres, 15 minutes from the beach. 5 minutes to local shopping, Summer is very hot & humid and it typically rains every afternoon- just to let you know! We are in the tropics! House has wi-fi, cable tv... We are looking for someone that loves gardening as we are on a small acreage & have extensive gardens. On average weekly garden maintenance takes 7-20 hours per week. Includes mowing with a ride-on mower. Weed spraying ( done from an electric golf buggy) & weed trimming. We also have 2 fish tanks that pretty much look after themselves. All you need to do is feed them every second day. Our in ground pool needs little maintenance as it gets checked by a professional monthly. We are a short 15 minute drive to Airlie Beach which is famous for its 75 beautiful Islands plus lots of great places & things to see. Thanks! Please contact me with any questions.
