We live in a heritage property in Battery Point in the heart of Hobart. It is a comfortable family home within easy walking distance to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, CBD, sightseeing, Salamanca, etc).
We have two small dogs who would need daily walks, general looking after and lots of hugs. One is a Jack Russell (but has a very quiet and non-Jacky temperament), the other is a Bitsa - knee high scruffy boy. Both are very sociable and friendly. We are within walking distance of the beach so they are lucky boys!
We have heat pumps as well as fires, so the house is warm and cosy. We cook on an AGA which is a solid fuel stove (we burn coke), so would prefer someone who would be comfortable with this form of stove - i.e. it takes 5 mins a day to riddle and reload.
There is an internet connection for WIFI.
