We are looking for caring animal lovers that like adventure and feel the connection with animals. Two good sized dogs who are elderly and need a good walk once a day, plus two aging cats, with an outdoor aviary of budgies and fresh eggs from the chickens. Our house is an easy flat walk to town and we live right on the river with a couple of kayaks for a fun scenic paddle. Blenheim is a great jumping off point for day trips or combine your house sit with further travel once we are back. A beautiful home with river views and a pool in the front yard (although it may be too cold at that time of year to swim, you can still sit beside and feel that holiday feeling). Lovely pets, lovely house, great location and use of a vehicle.
