None - we live in an urban neighborhood in a very wooded area - must be comfortable with urban life and ok with lots of stairs! The house is in front of a great park/bike trail and within walking distance of Seattle's Chinatown. It's best if you do not have a car - it is a high car prowl area.
We have one very shy, feral cat who is easy to care for. She gets sad when no one is home, but she is fine on her own.
It is a small house (about 900 feet) with simple furnishings - nothing really fancy, but it does have a great kitchen and lots of cookbooks. A quiet retreat with easy access to all Seattle has to offer.
