I'm a professional who works internationally, 3 weeks away at a time, 3 weeks home, I own 2 acres 30 min from Victoria's inner harbour, my house is 4,300 sq feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, all hardwood and ceramic floors, very well taken care of, maid comes every two weeks to clean the inside of the house (she does not make beds, do dishes or laundry), full cable TV, secure wireless Internet, house phone with unlimited long distance package north America wide, the front acre is fully fenced and gated yard, lawn and gardens with full sprinkler system, the back acre is treed and backing very private area, front facing towards the water with views of ocean and mountains from various parts of the yard, I have a small 5 year old cocker spaniel. What I'm looking for a longterm person who will take care of my yard and dog while I'm away,light yard stuff, keep the gardens nice, water the flowers, cut the grass, I have a well with more water then I need to keep my yard beautiful, I would be Ok if you had a pet, non smoking house, if this interests you please contact me for more details, thanks!
