Local shop within walking distance; large shopping areas kms; Hobart Airport 5kms; golf courses nearby; 10 mins drive to Seven Mile Beach, other beaches and bushwalking within easy drive; 1 hours drive to Port Arthur; Hobart city 20 kms. Possible use of Ford Laser if required.
