We are buying a house in Northeast Portland and cannot move in until August The house will be furnished but will have a lot of unpacked boxes (stored out of the way to the extent possible). There are no pets, but very nice landscaping we would like to have maintained. Seems like a nice neighborhood, good biking and walkable to several stores and public transportation. We are currently living overseas.
