We are 45 mins from Melbourne CBD and 10 mins from Geelong CBD.We have 2 shopping centres close by.We are 25 mins from Barwon heads,ocean grove and torquay which all have beautiful beaches .Geelong is the gateway to the great ocean road and is surrounded by countryside with some interesting small towns close by.We are on a hill which overlooks Corio Bay ,market gardens and on a clear day you can see Melbourne.We are on 1 hectare largely native trees and shrubs which looks after it self.Our house has 4 bedrooms,3 bathrooms and is of a modern design with lots of outside areas to relax.The house has internet and foxtel ,aircon, and alarm system. Last BUT not least we have three small dogs ,Dude ,Andrew and George all cross breeds and very sweet.They love a ball game and a walk.
